Welcome to our 2008 Turnbulls at Home brochure, containing all our customers’ favourite recipes.  This year we are supplementing our regular menu with seasonal menus, the first for spring is available now and full of fresh and tasty dishes for entertaining or family meals.

I am particularly excited by our new gammon and watercress Wellington – our famous Turnbulls ham garnished in a seasonal watercress pesto and wrapped in pastry.  Sliced and served cold, it makes an impressive and easy to serve centre piece for a spring lunch in the May sunshine.

And perhaps for starters, we have cockle, hake and saffron chowder.  With the cockles and hake just into season, this spring soup is both light and warming.

Turnbulls when you're on Holiday

We have linked up with Chaffeymoor Grange and Country Retreat Solutions to provide Turnbulls food while you are on holiday.  As ever we provide our wonderful picnics, bespoke catering and simple meals out of the freezer for all occasions.
